More and more learning differences are being identified and recognised in the medical and educational world. With these differences being identified it is now so important that every teacher has the knowledge and confidence to recognise these differences and the skills to support them in their classroom- ensuring learning for all. 

 

How I support my teachers  with this at the Learning for All Primary School... 

 

• IDP training in all key areas - Autism, Behaviour, Social, Emotion Difficulties (BESD), Speech, language and Communcation Needs (SLCN).

• Opportunities to visit Key Learning Centres to see specialist support in action.

• Staff meeting training with Outside Agencies.

• Access to quality resources that can be used to enhance teaching and learning.

• Training in the 3 Waves of teaching - Quality first teaching, Wave 2 support and Wave 3. 

• Provision mapping throughout the school and within the classroom to ensure pupils are receiving 'best value' support.
